Miss n Master charges shipping based on the weight of the package starting at $7.95 for parcels under 500g. Once you reach $75 or more worth of product, you will qualify for free standard shipping within Australia.
Australian orders placed before 1pm AEDT will be shipped the same day. International orders and orders placed after 1pm will be sent the following business day.

We send our parcels out with Australia Post eParcel.
All shipping charges will be charged at Australia Post Standard rates according to the weight of the package (unless you qualify for free shipping, then there will be no charge). Orders will be processed within 24 hours of receipt (excluding weekends and public holidays) and should arrive at most destinations within 1-5 working days (see table above for further information). If you require urgent delivery, please select the Express Post option at checkout.

* Please note that Australia Post has now discontinued the use of 'Do Not Safe Drop' stickers on parcels. This means that if no-one is home at the time of delivery, parcels may be left at the premises.
There are three courses of action that customers can take:
1. Request a signature by writing in the 'delivery instructions' section at checkout.
2. Set up a Parcel Locker or register for Parcel Collect - a secure over the counter pickup service at your local Australia Post Office ( these options are free ). If you choose this option, you will then need to put the Australia Post Office address on your order as the shipping address. Find out more about this system and signup here
3. Leave things as they are and your parcel will be simply left at your home address. You may leave instructions in the order comments as you check out such as 'please leave parcel behind the gate' and we will include this message on the mailing label.
Miss n Master will not be held responsible or liable for items lost in the postal system. The responsibility is on the purchaser to insure items. Extra Cover by Australia Post is available at a small additional cost. See the information on the Australia Post website here.

For a change of mind: If you decide to cancel your order before shipment, you will be issued with a full refund. You may return items (in as new condition) within 7 days of delivery. We'll provide you with a store credit for the value of the returned items once they have been received. You are responsible for the freight costs to send the item(s) back. Note, damage to the product or packaging, missing tags or anything else that renders the product in less than 'as new' condition will result in reduced or zero credit being allowed.
For Defective or Incorrect Products Received: If the return is a result of a defective product or an error on our part you are entitled to a full refund, however your claim must be made within 7 days of delivery. Please note a colour variation will not be accepted as a 'defect'. If you feel the colour of the product you have received is different to what is shown, you will receive a store credit once you've sent the item(s) back as per the conditions mentioned above. Colours of our canopies and pillows can appear darker or lighter depending on the lighting in one's room, and it is not our responsibility if you have chosen the wrong colour. Please refer to product descriptions for any notes.
