Please read our returns policy carefully before placing your order.
You are entitled to a refund if you decide to cancel your order before it has been shipped, however a fee may be applied if your order has already been packed. You can log in to your account at any time to view the status of your order. Please refer to the steps below.
1. When your order is received, an invoice is printed and sent to our warehouse for picking within 24hours. This is when your order will be marked 'pick'. If an order is cancelled here, a full refund can be given.
2. All orders are then packed in order of when it was received. Soft toys are packaged in brown packing paper and bulky items are packed in a box with the invoice attached so we know which package belongs to which customer. This is when your order will be marked 'pack'. We assume the item(s) has been sold, and therefore reorder through our suppliers. This is the stage where a 5% restocking fee is applied if an order is cancelled and refunded.
3. When all orders are packed for the day, we then enter the consignment through eParcel and print labels. Labels are applied to white satchels and the packages are placed in those satchels ready for the courier to pick up. As soon as the label is printed, the shipping cost has already been charged. This is when your order will be marked 'pending dispatch' and a tracking number can be found on your account. If the order is cancelled at this stage, we can refund the item(s) only but not the shipping cost.
Once your order has been shipped, it will be marked 'dispatch' and you will receive a dispatch notification via email. It is then in the hands of Australia Post. Please refer to our Shipping Information page to find out more.
If you choose to return your package after it has been shipped, please find your options below.
For a change of mind:
You may return items (in as new condition) within 7 days of delivery. We'll provide you with a store credit for the value of the returned items once they have been received. You are responsible for the freight costs to send the item(s) back. Note, damage to the product or packaging, missing tags or anything else that renders the product in less than 'as new' condition will result in reduced or zero credit being allowed.
For defective or incorrect products received:
Please read product descriptions before purchase for notes on where colour variations or product differences may apply. If a note is listed in the description, that item will not be considered faulty or incorrect for the stated reason. If an item is to be returned because of this, it will be treated as a 'change of mind' return. Please refer back to those terms above.
If the return is a result of a defective product or an error on our part you are entitled to a full refund or replacement at no extra cost, however your claim must be made within 7 days of delivery. We will ask you to send a photo to prove the defect or to send the product(s) back so we can check. We will cover the shipping cost if we ask for them to be sent back.
We do not accept returns after use.
