Returns Policy

Please note: We will not be accepting returns for change of mind during our closing down sale.

Please read our returns policy carefully before placing your order.

For a change of mind:

You may return items (in as new condition) within 7 days of delivery. We'll provide you with a store credit for the value of the returned items once they have been received. You are responsible for the freight costs to send the item(s) back. Note, damage to the product or packaging, missing tags or anything else that renders the product in less than 'as new' condition will result in reduced or zero credit being allowed.

For defective or incorrect products received:

Please read product descriptions before purchase for notes on where colour variations or product differences may apply and for product dimensions. If a note is listed in the description, that item will not be considered faulty or incorrect for the stated reason. If an item is to be returned because of this, it will be treated as a 'change of mind' return. Please refer back to those terms above. 

If the return is a result of a defective product or an error on our part you are entitled to a full refund or replacement at no extra cost, however your claim must be made within 7 days of delivery. We will ask you to send a photo to prove the defect or to send the product(s) back so we can check. We will cover the shipping cost if we ask for them to be sent back.

We do not accept returns after use.
